Over the years, I have worked closely with a number of colleagues in the Jiangsu province, which is an eastern-central coastal province of China.  The capital city of Jiangsu province is Nanjing. Jiangsu province has the second highest GDP in China.

Jiangsu province is also Victoria's sister-state in China.

My experience in China includes assisting Australian clients in finding the right Chinese lawyer to launch Civil proceedings for debt recovery, assisting in negotiations, and facilitating transactions.  I can also assist clients on matters inbound into China and outbound from China to Australia that requires due diligences and advice on transactions.

I am familiar with cross-border litigation and arbitration, and can assist clients by providing 'expert opinion' on jurisdiction and choice of law issues.  I can also assist clients with understanding the process of notarisation, authentication, and legalisation of documents for use in China.
