Singapore is renowned for its international commercial arbitration.  It also has an international reputation for international commercial litigation, and international mediation under the recently launched Singapore Convention on Mediation.

Over the years, William has had the opportunity to work with several Singaporean lawyers representing their client's matters in Australia, and advising Australian clients seeking to issue proceedings in Singapore.  

William has also provided expert report on Australian law for use in the High Court of Singapore.

He can act as arbitrator in international commercial arbitration matters or provide Early Neutral Evaluation. He can also assist clients to resolve their international dispute via mediation.
